LovePDFs provides free, browser-based tools for processing PDF and image files. All processing occurs locally on your device. We offer tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, and watermarking PDF files, as well as image manipulation tools.

2. Free to Use

LovePDFs is provided free of charge with no registration required. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future, but core tools will remain free.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LovePDFs only for lawful purposes. You must not use this service to:

• Process files containing illegal content
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our website code
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service
• Distribute malicious files processed through our tools

4. Your Files & Content

You retain full ownership of all files you process using LovePDFs. Since all processing occurs in your browser, we never receive, view, or store your files.

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process. You must have the legal right to process any file you use with our tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LovePDFs is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results of processing will be perfect.

We strongly recommend keeping backup copies of any important files before processing them with any online tool.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LovePDFs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.

7. Intellectual Property

The LovePDFs name, logo, website design, and original code are protected intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission. Open-source libraries used within the service are subject to their own respective licenses.
